He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Ferrara and Connie (Fratello); and his granddaughter Leah Francesca Esposito. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Lenore Modugno (Antonio), Lorene Esposito (Gaetano) and Alfonso Ferrara; his sister Rose Aletta; his grandchildren, Serafina Salemi (John), Maria Ciaburri (Chris), Teresa Scalora (Aldo), Nunzio Esposito (Emily), Gina Ventresca (Tony), Sophia Walden (Chris), Frankie Ferrara and Alfonso Ferrara; and his great grandchildren, Lenore, Pasqaule, Giosefina, Antonia, Lorenzo, Leah, Marcello, Lucia, Enza and Jeily.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Becker Funeral Home (219 Kinderkamack Rd, Westwood, NJ 07675). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (211 Summit St, Norwood, NJ 07648). A committal service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Madonna Cemetery (2070 Hoefleys Ln, Fort Lee, NJ 07024).
