He is survived by: his wife Mary Leslie Erwin Malhame of Murray, Kentucky.; his children, NJ, Vanessa, Gavin, Samantha, Mason and Darren (Jordan); his grandchildren, Lawrence, Margot and Elliott; his son Kevin (Katy); his grandchildren, James and Josephine; his son Nicola Natale; his sister Renee Merhige; and his parents-in-law, Frankie and Dan McNutt. He is also survived by three sons and beloved daughters-in-law, and nine grand children.
Due to Covid, there will be no wake or meal of mercy.
