He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Giuseppe Scarano and Filomena; his wife Jeanne Ann; his children, Joseph Scarano (William), Phyllis Kollar (Chris), Kathy Owens (Dustin), Ronald Peterson (Christine) and Gene Peterson; his grandchildren, Morgan, Meaghan, Ashley, Christopher, Sabrina, Lauren, Shayla and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Noel III, Gabriel and Madeline.
