He was predeceased by: his brother Milton Reinish; his sister-in-law Mary Reinish; his sisters, Frances and Estelle; and his granddaughter Shelby Reinish.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Nancy Passow, Mike Passow, Julie Askins, Rich Askins, Jim Reinish and Lisa Reinish; and his grandchildren, Kate Passow, Sam Passow, Ian Askins, Daniel Reinish, Marisol Thomer, Ariel Migdalovich and Dmitriy Migdalovich.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Congregation B'nai Israel, PO Box 345, Emerson, NJ.
