He is survived by: his children, Danielle, Ronnie and Chris; his grandchildren, Susanna and Magnus; and his siblings, John Sebastian (Janice Sebastian), Doug Sebastian and Councilwoman Sandy Balistrieri (Sebastian). He is also survived by 9 nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested for Our Savior Lutheran Church in Fair Lawn or Elmwood Park Volunteer Ambulance Corp.
