She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Witek; and her parents, Lesia Zawojska and Yaroslaw Zawojski. She is survived by: her brothers, Bohdan Zawojski and Yaroslaw Zawojski (Maryann). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the Ukrainian American Youth Association of Passaic. Donations can be made by check payable to Ukrainian American Youth Association of Passaic sent to 240 Hope Ave, Passaic, NJ 07055, with "In memory of Krystyna Witek" in the memo.
