She is survived by: her husband Stanislaw Mulawka; her children, Wieslaw Mulawka (Karen), Tadeusz Mulawka (Ewa) and Krzysztof Mulawka (Anna); her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Ron), Diane (Pawel), Greg (Cherilyn) and Lauren; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Lucas, Chase, Bryce, Andrew, Cameron, Avery, Michael, Paityn and Rylee.
