He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Jean; his parents, Sophie Kaminsky and Steve Kaminsky; and his brother Steve Kaminsky. He is survived by: his children, David, Kathleen Kaminsky and James Kaminsky; and his granddaughter Katie Kaminsky.
