She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore; and her siblings, Josephine and Edward. She is survived by: her son Theodore of Elmwood Park. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donation's in Helen name to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Disease would be appreciated.
