It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerard R. Rienzi of Elmwood Park, New Jersey, born in Garfield, New Jersey, who passed away on June 28, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rienzi and Rose Rienzi; and his brother Philip Rienzi. He is survived by: his children, Gerilyn Gardner (Jack), Jeffrey Rienzi, Gerard Rienzi (Barbara) and Adrianna Holm; his former wife Josephine Rienzi; his grandchildren, Jenna, Jed, Alyssa, John, Jessica, Stephanie, Terryann and Sirena; and his sister Genevieve Pfleger (Ralph). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
