It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances M Turner of Elmwood Park, New Jersey, born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on December 24, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Turner; and her children, Frances DeGroat and William Turner, Jr.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations to the family, to offset funeral costs would be appreciated.
