She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Boyajy and Kerim Boyajy; and her siblings, Tom, Aram Boyajy and Alice Clark.

She is survived by: her husband Jack Bakal; and her children, Jacqueline Anne and Gerry. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

Contributions in Anne's memory may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
