He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Powell and Dorothy Alles Powell; and his sister Dorothy Mills. He is survived by: his wife Debra Powell; his children, Richard H. Powell and Dawn Andrasz (Tom); his grandchildren, EriK R. Andrasz, Jr. and Kaylynn McDonald (Spencer); and his great grandchildren, Aria, Laila and Bruin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Padgett Funeral Home (1107 NJ-77, Bridgeton, NJ 08302).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Richard's name to the SPCA.
