He was predeceased by: his wife Ada Foster; and his siblings, Earl, Elinor, Elaine and Irene.
He is survived by: his children, Harold Foster Jr. (Sarah Hiles), Charles Foster, Verna Foster, Betty Holtze (Howard) and Ida Foster; his daughter-in-law Annette Farley; his siblings, Warren, Lois and Betty Ann; his grandchildren, Harold A. Foster, Kimberly C. Foster, Tammy Tomlin, Warren Wilkerson, Betty Holtze, Jaimie, Breanna Hickman, Damien Hickman, Xander Hickman, Dougie Hickman, Thomas Hickman, Chris Hickman and Cherish Hickman; and his great grandchild Ashlee Hickman.
