He was predeceased by: his parent Elmer Leon. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Elizabeth Pullen Francis; his wife Virginia Hirsch Francis (Ginny); his daughter Anita Kopera of Allentown, NJ; his grandson David Kopera of Wilmington, DE; and also John Kopera of Allentown, NJ. He is also survived by two nieces and their husbands, Lynne and Paul Haley of Robbinsville, NJ, and Robin and Kenneth Scott of Ormond Beach, FL; and several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
