She was predeceased by: her father Milton R. Hitchner; and her former husband Mayor Robert E. Richards. She is survived by: her mother Altha R. Hitchner; her husband Thomas D. Masters Sr.; her sons, Robert M. (Beverly) and Stephen A. Richards (Trina) of Elmer; her grandchildren, R. Matthew Richards (Jennifer) of Elmer, NJ, Andrea Babcock of Columbus, MO, Elena Wentz (Brad) of Pennsville, NJ and Christina Richards of Elmer, NJ; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Connor, Dean, Tyler, Allison and Logan; her stepchildren, Kathleen Dezio (Richard) of Alexandria, VA, Thomas Masters Jr. (Carol) of Austin, TX and Dr. Scott Masters of Honolulu, HI; and her stepgrandchildren, Cameron and Thomas Dezio of Alexandria, VA..
