She was predeceased by: her parents, Petro Jakymczuk and Leokadja Jakymczuk (Wroblewska); her brothers, Sylvester, Pete, John and Wlodimir Jakymczuk; and her former husband Robert Lee Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, Anna Marie Adkins Oliver (Pedro) of Pittsgrove, Jeanette Schmidt (Dave) of Alloway, Cagla Kuru Erdogan (Aykut), Harold Lee Adkins (Barbara) of Maryland and Roger Adkins (Ann) of Malaga; her grandchildren, Ben, Ellis Oliver, Aaron, Rebecca Schmidt, Cagri Alp Erdogan, Harold Lee Jr., Robert Thomas Adkins, Christopher and Adam Adkins; and her siblings, Katheryna Grosso of Malaga, Olga Sims (Don) of Elmer, Bill Jakymczuk (Karen) of Pittsgrove, Doner and Kamil Kuru. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, beloved friends and great grandchildren.
