He is survived by: his wife Karen Bartik; his son Scott Bartik (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Dalton Bartik, Destiney Daniels (Jordan) and Matt Turner; his sister Louanne Culver; his nieces and nephews, Katie Paul (Stephen), Jaime Mack, Kristen Grabowski (Gregg), John Mardis and William Culver; and his pet Finnegan.
