He was predeceased by: his father Anselmo; his siblings, Ada, Mafalda, Victor and Sestino; and his brother-in-law John Policastro.

He is survived by: his children, Peter of Clark and Janine of Barnegat; his close friend Cathy Nassr of Brooklyn; his siblings, Dante of Edison and Mary Policastro of Edison; and his sister-in-law Josephine DePetris of Clark. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
