He is survived by: his former wife Olha Lesko; his cousins, Nestor Olesnycky (Ivanka), Taras Olesnyckyj (Norma), Lubodar Olesnycky (Zenia) and Myron Olesnyckyj (Zenia); and also, Sviatoslav, Lyubomyr Seredyak (Oksana), Bohdan and Marta. He is also survived by other family members, friends, co-workers.
