She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Aresta. She is survived by: her children, Joaquim Aresta (Aldina) of Millstone, Virginia Cabrera (Nelson) of Carteret, Adosinda Aresta of Union, Maria Aresta of Marlboro, Mercedes Santos (Antonio) of Portugal and Vitalina Valerio (Julio); and her siblings, Vitalina Santos and Leopoldo Carvalho of Portugal.
