She was predeceased by: her parents, Theresa Kiczek and Stephen Fedorka, Sr.; and her sister Catherine Korostinski. She is survived by: her siblings, Stephen A. Fedorka Jr. (Kathleen) of Laurence Harbor and Frances Fedorka of Elizabeth; and her nieces, Kathy Riggi (John) of Rahway and Barbara Zych (Chris) of Colonia. She is also survived by many great- nieces, great-nephews, and 1 great-great niece.
