He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cleveland Fisher Sr. and Teresa Fisher (Reilly); his brothers, Edward and William Fisher; and his wife Mary Ann Fisher "Tinker" (Disman).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alyssa, Brianna, Ava, Madelyn and Vincent; his great grandchildren, AJ and Charleigh; and his siblings, Jackie Leathers, Pauline Giberson and Stanley Fisher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
