He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Parker; and his brother William Marzo. He is survived by: his children, Brian (Joanne Luczak Marzo), Karen, Jennifer and Tracy Marzo; his grandsons, Zachary, Matthew and Joshua Marzo; his brother Richard Marzo; his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Warren, Amy Caton and Laura Hecht; his grandchildren, Frankie, Naiya and Rae; and his close friend Leslie Warren.
