He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; and his granddaughter Gabby Guenther. He is survived by: his children, Terri Cox (Art), Donna Reres Paugh (Ed), John and Steve Reres Jr.; his stepsons, Ron and Jack Guenther; and his grandchildren, Paul Cox (Freida), Brian Cox (Juliana), Steven Mays (Giana), Jonathan Werner, Stephanie Paugh, Nick, Cyrena Reres, Sarah Guenther (Brian), John Guenther (Sarah), Harry Guenther and Alex Guenther (Kristy). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
