She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob and Nora Garrison; her daughter Diane; and her sister Freida (Jeffrey). She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey M. Slocum; her daughters, Danielle Hertzlieb (Gregg), Lisa Renee Darcusio and Jacqueline Millan (Fred); and her granddaughters, Michelle, Heather and Selena.

The family requests that donations be made to Animal Rescues in lieu of flowers.
