He was predeceased by: his former wife Diane M. [Robinson] Carlson; his brother C. Richard Carlson; and his parents, Carl Carlson and Helen [Much] Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Ingeborg M. Carlson; his stepchildren, Eric Carlson, Inger and Mike Reynolds; his children, Janet Carlson, Karen (Rick Wind), Kenneth (Daedre Carlson) and Paul (Donna Carlson); his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Katie, Erika, Hannah, Samantha, Emme, Owen, Elsa, Evan, Julia, Eliot and Anna; and his great grandchildren, Emmett, Fiona, Enid and Arlo.
