He is survived by: his wife Margaret A Rowe; his brothers, William Rowe (Linda Rowe) and Ronald L. Rowe; and his children, Christina Harden (Arthur Harden), Sheela Merendino and Keith Merendino. He is also survived by Niece, 6 Grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
