He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Harley and Eva Harley (Garis); and his wife Doris Harley (Moyer). He is survived by: his sons, Ray Blake Harley, Bradley K. Harley (Patricia) and Roger Harley; his grandsons, Bradley Scott (Anna) and Byron J Harley (Taya); his great grandchildren, Jake, Bradley Jr., Grant and Brandon; his siblings, Jeanette Garges (Lin), Kenneth (Shirley) and Linford (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Marvin Garis.
