He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip P. Perri, Sr. and Mary (Guarracino). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Meredith Perri; his children, Monica Murphy (Padraic) and Philip Perri (Erin); his sister Fran Jerome (Dominic); his daughter Melodie Perri; and his siblings-in-law, Jonathan and Nancy Law. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
