We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2021, Pamela Jo Fitzsimmons of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandchildren, Philadelphia Eagles and Faith; her children, James Forney and Samantha Velasquez (Bryan); her grandchildren, Aria and Landon; her father Robert Beniston; her siblings, David, Kevin, Cathy, Kimberly and Christy; and her mother Ruth Evelyn Beniston.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Fresh Start Church, designated to the delivery of school supplies to Atrium and the Boys and Girls Club.
