He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Michael Jr. and Adriana; his mother Catherine Harold-Nielsen; his uncle Linc; his cousins, Terry (Tony), Nancy (Dave), Cindy and Kelly (Tom); his parents-in-law, Frank, Doris Jacoby and Brian Dunlevy (Melody); and his brothers, Brian, Shane, Connor and Brandon.
