He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sgrignioli and Sarah Sgrignioli; his sister Katherine Melusky; and his son Christopher Sgrignioli. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sgrignioli; his sons, Joseph (Mary Anne Brodeur) and Michael Jr. (Maria Centuolo); and his grandchildren, Michael, III, Jordan, Sydney, Matthew, Sofia, Olivia, Gabriella, Payton and Emily.
The family is asking in lieu of flowers that all memorial contributions be directed to the William Penn Charter School Wrestling Program, located at 3000 West School House Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19144.
