She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Blair; her parents, Hazel Bishop and Charles Bishop; and her brother Robert L. Bishop. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Slover and Suzanne Bianchi (Chris); her grandchildren, Amy Waugh-Jiminez-Lazo (Ventura), John Robert Waugh (Kristy), Christina Bianchi and Ashley Maffuid (Tim); her great grandchildren, Austin Waugh, Sierra Waugh, Bryce Waugh and Merina Jiminez-Waugh; and her niece Valerie Blair.
