Hornstein (Dave) and Patricia K. Heppelmann (Jerome); his grandchildren, Evan Hornstein, Josh Hornstein, Josephine Heppelmann, Anna Heppelmann, Katrina Heppelmann, Cade Heppelmann, Sean Cleveland and Danny Cleveland; and his siblings, Lawrence Cleveland, Dolores Hornback and Jeanette Knowles.
Ken's family asks that no flowers be sent and that it was his wish that any memorial donations be made in his memory to Saint Jude Children's Hospital http://www.stjude.org or to Boys Town http://www.boystown.org A private family remembrance will be held.
