She was predeceased by: her parents, James Delcher and Gladys Delcher; and her brothers, Gary Delcher and James Delcher. She is survived by: her husband William (Bill); her children, William (Julia), Jason and Shawn (Elizabeth); her brother Mark Delcher; and her grandchildren, Madison and Theodore. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
