He is survived by: his wife Janice Medica, RN; his sister Linda Martin (Stephen); his nephews, Joseph Medica III (Darcy), Peter Medica (Jae Anne) and Daniel Medica (Tammy); his grandchildren, Joseph, Aidan, Michael, Jacob, Andrew and Brittany; his great grandchildren, Grace and Hayden; and his former wife Gerrie McNelis-Medica.
