It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Scott MacKie Jr. of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Mackie (Jones); his wife Carol Mackie (Clerico); his father John Mackie; his sisters, Marilyn Raymond and Janice Walker; and his nephew Sam Clerico.
He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Saldivar (Rodney), J. T. Mackie (Cherie), Bret Mackie, Anthony Clerico (Patty), Gregg Clerico and Carol Gaynor (Bill); his grandchildren, Tammy Strieter (Matt), Tyler Mackie, Jonah Saldivar, Kai Saldivar, Kelsey Saldivar, Anthony Clerico, Michael Clerico, Heather Clerico and Gabby Gaynor; his great grandchildren, Logan Strieter and Everett Strieter; his sister Judith Reiss; and his cousin Jack. He is also survived by his kids and nieces/nephews.
