He is survived by: his wife Carlissann Martin; his stepdaughter Penny Hamler-Kelly; his grandchildren, Kayla, Cliff Jr. and Omar; his sister Alice Black of Virginia Beach; and his close friend Donald Cummings. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
