She is survived by: her mother Helen Ford (Moore); her daughters, Tomika Ford, Dr. Veronica Ford, Janayne Johnson and Sonia Johnson; her grandchild Cy'Anna Scott; her siblings, Larry Moore (Lucy), Teddy Ford, Danny Ford (Victoria), Adrian Ford, Linda Ford, Pat Ford (Michael) and Kim Ford; her nieces and nephews, Kevin Ford (Dora), Larry Moore, Jr., Juwan Moore (Lisette), Vanita Brooks (Terrence), Dominique Evans (Charles) and Amanda Roman (Christian); and her granddaughters, Angela Ledbetter and Mariah Avant. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
