He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kathrine; his children, Candice Kelly-Devine (Donald) and James Kelly, Jr. (Eileen); his grandchildren, Christopher, Christine, Steven, Colleen, Cayleigh and Brian; and his siblings, Anna Fairchild, George, Marie, Frances, Theresa and Gertrude.
James' life will be honored and remembered privately by his family due to the health crises of COVID-19.
