He is survived by: his brother Andy; his wife Frances; his significant other Charlie; his children, Paige Misling (Karl), Kimberly Wells (Robert Walls), Harvey John and Philp, Jr.; his stepdaughter Jennifer Rahm (Glen); his grandchildren, Brittany Bailey-Duran (Justin), Estevan DeLosSantos, Maria, Jack Philp, Sebastian Harvey and Armani; his great grandchild Faithe of Grayson, Emery; his nieces, Kathy, Linda, Chrissy, Carrie, Pattie, Jackie, Bobbie and Andie; and his son Wayne Dilks (Lisa).
