He was predeceased by: his wife Jewel Cooper; and his parents, George Ruffin Stamps, MD and Ruth Thompson Stamps. He is survived by: his siblings, George R. Stamps, Jr. (Carolyn), Raymond T. Stamps and Penny DaGrossa; his nieces and nephews, Pamela DaGrossa (Leslie Poland), Bethani DaGrossa (Joe Tusa), Karen Renzulli (Tom), Allan Larsen, Britt Stamps (Annie), Chad Stamps (Christy Hartmann) and David Cooper Little; and his friends, Cindy Motter and Bill W. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews; and his closest.
