He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Carolanne Madison (Charlie), Matthew, Richard (Shellie) and Edward (Nicole); his sister Pat Walker (George); his nieces and nephews, Kelly, Gabe and George (Mandy); his great-nephew Conner; his brother Terrance (Karen); his nephew Jason; his sister Sharon (Al); his niece Amanda (Corry); his nephew Michael; his sisters, Donna Keply (Bob) and Debbie Delaney (Robert, family: Michelle Eastman); and his sister-in-law Audrey. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, children; a host of other nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
