He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest J. Hahn, Sr. and Alma Hahn (Unknown); his wife Lois L. Hahn (Hollingshead); his aunts, Gladys Grey-Hahn, Alma Byrnes, Nora Bader and Cynthia Ashe; his uncle Bud Hahn; and his nephew Bob Hollingshead.

He is survived by: his son Edward Hahn, Jr.; his grandson Craig; his brother Ernest Hahn, Jr.; his aunt Dot Reichelt; his nieces, Robin Turner and Stardom Hollingshead; and his cousin Eddie Reichelt.
