He is survived by: his wife Miriam Seise; his children, Chester Mitchell, Jr. and Tammy Cadira; his son-in-law Stephen Cadira; his daughter Kimberly Dilliplane; his son-in-law Craig Dilliplane, Sr.; his brother Roy Mitchell; his niece Fay Phillips; his stepchildren, Gilbert Seise, Jr., Ana, Mike Tullio, Lisa, Chris Weeks, Yvette and Chris Winkler; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Ryan, Amanda Cadira, Will Wright, Brieanna Cadira, Craig O'Shea, Alexis Dilliplane, Craig Dilliplane, Jr. and Aaron Reed; and his great grandchildren, Wayne Charles Wright, Acea Hugh and Stephen Calvin Wright.
