He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eleanor Montgomery (Laielli); his children, Russell E. Montgomery III (Nancy), Linda Brizzi (Joe) and Janet Montgomery (Pat); his grandchildren, Ryan Montgomery (Deborah), Michael Montgomery (Elizabeth) and Amanda Brizzi; his great grandchildren, Russell E. Montgomery IV, Julia Montgomery, Megan Montgomery, Amelia Montgomery and Caroline Montgomery; and his siblings, Shirlee Crowley and James Montgomery.
