He is survived by: his wife Julia R. Mays; his children, Mia Mays, Tia Mays and Eric Mays of Mullica Township; his grandson Eloy Bartolomeo; his siblings, David Mays, Shirley Harris and Della Edison; his parents-in-law, Mary and Jose Oyola; his sister-in-law Luz Aponte; his brothers-in-law, William Colon (Jenn), Eloy Colon (Sandra) and Jose Luis Oyola, III; his nephew Billy Colon; and also Maelin Aponte.
