It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Deborah Ann Gutjahr of Egg Harbor City, New Jersey, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on June 22, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald Sullender. She is survived by: her mother Ida Sullender; her siblings, Donna Vacanti (late Domenic Vacanti), Diane Helmetag (Greg) and Donald Sullender (Sharon); her nieces and nephews, Christine, Ryan, Kyle and Kalei; and her great-nieces, Zoe and Sadie. She is also survived by friends that became her family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Debbie's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

“I am so sorry to hear of Debbie’s passing . I wish I was able to attend her service. Debbie and I worked together at the Claridge for 15 years till 1997. I introduced her to golf and we played together in many employee tournaments. We also had many fun times participating in the Casinolympics. Heaven must have a shortage of Angels because she was so rely one on earth . I will miss ya Deb, you were taken from this world way too soon. God Bless my friend!”
