He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Sacks and Collin Sacks; his parents, Elliott Sacks and Linda Sacks; his sister Sherri LaVerde (Larry); his nephew Erich; and his niece Ella. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
